Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item was damaged in transit, retain the box and other shipping materials for inspection by the shipping carrier.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All sales are final for custom items, special order items, drop shipped items, clearance and sale items, storage equipment, body shop setups, and software licenses.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us for a return merchandise authorization. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an RMA will not be accepted.

Missing Items
If your shipment is missing items, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the package to be eligible for a refund. Carefully review your packing list, as some orders may be shipping in multiple boxes or from multiple locations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow two weeks for return processing. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
- Please wait several business days from when the refund was issued.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your online banking again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tclfasteners.com.
Order Suggestions
Orders should be placed online, or by giving us a list of part numbers you wish to order. Customers ordering by fastener application, with pictures, or requesting reorder suggestions based upon past purchase history should carefully review their quotes before approving their orders. If an incorrect or unwanted item is approved and ordered, it is subject to our usual 30 day return policy and not considered to be our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There are no refunds for shipping costs due to late delivery, returned shipments, or undeliverable packages.
Return abuse
Shipping isn't free. Only purchase items you intend to keep, and do not buy multiple items with the intent to return most of them. Customers abusing our return policy may be barred from future purchases.
