Placing an Order

Email it to us and we'll take care of the order entry. We'll email you back a quote. If everything looks good, simply use the included link to view the order online and checkout like normal.

We regularly send discounts and offers to our newsletter subscribers. If you need to subscribe, scroll down to the bottom of this page.

Bulk discounts may also be available when buying a 10x, 25x, or 50x the package quantity of an item. Contact us to request a quote.

We have to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California unless you are a business with a valid sales permit on file, purchasing for resale. If you're at a collision repair shop or another automotive business, that probably describes you.

We are only able to work with collision repair centers and other automotive business on a wholesale basis. Individual consumers will be better served by working with a local car dealership's parts department instead.

Yes and no. If you have a part number for what you need, we can help you find our part number for it. Contact us us with the OEM part number or a competitor part number.

If you don't have any information about the part you need, we can offer some suggestions, but it's tough to be sure we are talking about the same thing. Consider working with a local car dealership's parts department to get a part number for the part you want.


All orders are sent using UPS ground or USPS. Tracking information is always emailed to you as soon as we have your package ready. If you haven't received tracking information for all or part of your order one week after ordering, please get in touch.

Actual shipping time depends on what you order and where you are located. We keep many common items in stock in our California warehouse, so nearby customers can usually expect 1-2 day delivery. The remainder of our catalog is shipped from Kentucky, and you should expect 3 to 5 business days in transit. Please allow one or two days for order processing in all cases.

All orders are shipped with UPS or USPS.

We primarily serve automotive businesses that keep a variety of inventory in stock, but wholesale pricing means lower margins that make it hard to subsidize shipping for small orders. Most restocking orders are large enough to qualify for free shipping. When checking out, be sure to see if you are close to free shipping and consider adding a few more packages.

We only ship within the USA. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Overseas Military, and US Territories, please contact us to place your order.


You can pay with most credit or debit cards, including those from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

If you anticipate placing four or more orders per month and spending $5,000 or more per year, please contact us to discuss billing options.


We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an item, we’re happy to help. Please review our refunds and returns policy, then email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Yes. We've recently started using the Auveco catalog and it's part numbers.

If you can't find a part you want to order, contact us for the new part number.

When you order arrives, don't forget to update your labels! Each of the green boxes has a label that is also sticker, peel it off and add it to your bins.

We no longer offer managed inventory services. All customers should plan to reorder using our website or email.

If you need assistance placing an order, contact us to schedule a video chat. We can train you or a manager to reorder fasteners, and advise on labeling to make reordering easier.

If your shop regularly purchases large quantities of fasteners, we may be able to offer an annual consultative visit to review your in stock inventory, review new items, and update labeling to keep your fastener inventory organized and easy to reorder. Details on this service will be announced in Q4 2021.
